Terms
1. Early access
Peachlark is in early access and open to founders by invite. It's free during early access. Features may change or stop, and things may break, so keep your own copies of anything important.
2. Your invite
Use your real name and email when you request access. Your download link is for you alone; please don't share it.
3. Record responsibly
Follow the recording and privacy laws that apply to you and the people you record, including telling them and getting consent where required. Don't use Peachlark to record anyone secretly or unlawfully.
4. Your content
Your recordings, transcripts and notes are yours. Recordings stay on your Mac. To write your notes, you let us send the transcript text to our notes service, as described in the Privacy page.
5. Notes can be wrong
Summaries, action items, names and dates are written automatically and can contain mistakes. Check anything important against the recording, which is one click away in every note.
6. Fair use
Don't attack or overload Peachlark's servers, automate bulk use of the notes service, or resell access.
7. Feedback
If you send ideas or bug reports, we may use them to improve Peachlark without owing you anything.
8. No warranty
Early access is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which is nothing during free early access.
10. Ending
You can stop using Peachlark at any time and ask us to delete your details. We may end early access, or an account that breaks these terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
12. Changes
We'll post changes on this page and tell members by email before they take effect.
